As for Instagram, the best times to upload content are Mondays at 11 am; Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 1 pm; and Thursdays and Fridays at 10 am and 11 am By day, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best days to post.
If you are looking for user interaction, it is recommended to publish in the evenings and on weekends.
To capture the public’s attention on Twitter, the best days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 9 am.
The hours of greatest participation in this platform are concentrated in the mornings and midday. This shows an increased focus on news and updates.
