  • Problems: Record all problems that arise during the project, including a detailed description, the impact on the project and the plan to resolve them. Assign responsibilities and establish a timeline for resolution of each problem to ensure they are resolved efficiently.
  • Dependencies/decisions: Documents dependencies between tasks and key decisions to be made. Dependencies are tasks or items that depend on others for completion, while decisions may include adjustments to the project scope or schedule.
